QEMU is known to fail certain tests intermittently due to clock tick delivery issues. This defines those tests as intermittent for BSPs intended to run on QEMU alone. Updates #4922 Updates #4072

RTEMS, Real-Time Executive for Multiprocessor Systems, is a real-time executive
(kernel) which provides a high performance environment for embedded
applications with the following features:

- homogeneous and heterogeneous multiprocessor systems
- event-driven, priority-based, preemptive scheduling
- optional rate monotonic scheduling
