Frank Ch. Eigler db6dac32c7 - PKE simulation almost finished. Needed enhancements:

* trace file generation
  * FIFO pruning

- PKE functions still missing due to external dependencies:
  * interrupt to 5900 (igen?)
  * VU busy checking (sky-vu / coprocessor registers)
  * PATH3 masking (sky-gpuif / covert control interface)
