gdb/infrun.c: Various trivial ARI fixes.

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * infrun.c (follow_fork, displaced_step_prepare, resume): Remove
        trailing new-line at end of warning message.
        (proceed): Add i18n marker to error messages.
