gdbsupport: replace AC_TRY_COMPILE in warning.m4

Browse Source 
Replace AC_TRY_COMPILE with AC_COMPILE_IFELSE + AC_LANG_PROGRAM.

All changes in generated configure files are insignificant whitespace
changes.
