gdb: change "nonzero" to "true" in comments

These int fields have been converted to bool, so their doc should say
"true" and not "nonzero".

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* breakpoint.h (bp_location) <inserted, permanent, duplicate>:
	Change "nonzero" to "true" in documentation.
