Do not stop on SIGPRIO signals by default
This signal does not indicate an error condition, so the default
behavior when receiving this signal should be to resume execution
silently.
gdb/ChangeLog:
Do not stop on SIGPRIO signals by default
* infrun.c (_initialize_infrun): Unset signal_stop and
signal_print for TARGET_SIGNAL_PRIO.
