Where the robust thread dispatching is disabled, the
ISRDisabledOnDemandThreadDispatchTask() has to exit.

Real-Time Executive for Multiprocessing Systems

RTEMS is a real-time executive (kernel) which provides a high performance environment for embedded applications with the following features:
