* configure.ac: Add AM_CONDITIONAL for enable_multilib,
	enable_posix, enable_itron.
	* Makefile.am: Compute MULTISUBDIR on-the-fly. Conditionally add
	libposix and libitron to SRCS. Apply MULTISUBDIR for picking up
	librtems, libposix and libitron.
