* build.sh: Log the script command lines.

        * build-rpms.sh:
        Updated to handle a different build processor to a i686.

        * build-exes.sh:
        Removed the tool version as Ralf has removed it from the
        rpms.

c791b9d875 2006-07-23 Rename "*-base-*" packages into <tool>-common. 
Rename GCC's "*-<lang>" packages into "*-gcc-<lang>".
		Many small directory ownership fixes.
		Build all GCC packages with --enable-threads.
