	Timer implementation into multiple files. Add obvious error checks
	for NULL parameters. Attempt to reduce include files.

	posix/src/timerinserthelper.c, posix/src/timersettime.c,
	posix/src/timertsr.c: New files.

	stack_free_hook. As a side-effect of this effort some multiprocessing
	code was made conditional and some style clean up occurred.
