redirector: Rename rtems_stdio_redirect_t

Rename rtems_stdio_redirect_t to rtems_stdio_redirect since the
namespace *_t is reserved by POSIX, see also The Open Group Base
Specifications Issue 6 IEEE Std 1003.1, 2004 Edition, 2.2.2 The Name
Space.
