	* Makefile.am, configure.ac, psxtmtests_plan.csv: Add benchmark of
	pthread_rwlock_unlock - thread waiting, preempt.

	psxtmrwlock07/init.c, psxtmrwlock07/psxtmrwlock07.doc: New files.
