	Install libnetworking/sys/uio.h if building for NEWLIB.
	* libnetworking/Makefile.am:
	Remove installation of libnetworking/sys/uio.h.
	* libcsupport/Makefile.am: Build writev.c/readv.c for NEWLIB.
