* configure.ac:
	AC_INIT(package,_RTEMS_VERSION,_RTEMS_BUGS).
	AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE([no-define foreign 1.6]).
	* Makefile.am: Remove AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS.
	* tools/Makefile.am: Remove AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS.
