David Edelsohn f178301669 * reloc.c (BFD_RELOC_SPARC_[567]): New reloc types. 
(BFD_RELOC_SPARC_LO7 reloc type): Deleted.
	* libbfd.h, bfd-in2.h: Regenerated.
	* elf32-sparc.c (_bfd_sparc_elf_reloc_type_lookup): Renamed from
	bfd_elf32_bfd_reloc_type_lookup.
	(reloc_type{,_names}): Deleted.
	(_bfd_sparc_elf_howto_table): Renamed from elf_sparc_howto_table.
	Add sparc64 relocs.
	(sparc_reloc_map): Add sparc64 relocs.
	(sparc_elf_notsupported_reloc): New static function.
	(sparc_elf_wdisp16_reloc): New static function.
	(elf32_sparc_check_relocs): Handle R_SPARC_WDISP{16,19}.
	(elf32_sparc_relocate_section): Likewise.
	(bfd_elf32_bfd_reloc_type_lookup): Define.
	* elf64-sparc.c (sparc64_elf_wdisp16_reloc): Deleted.
