* ldexp.h (segment_type): New type. (segments): New variable. * ldexp.c (segments): New variable. (exp_print_token): Handle SEGMENT_START. Do not map relocations. * NEWS: Mention SEGMENT_START.

genscripts.sh sets some shell variables, then sources
EMULATION.sc, to generate EMULATION.{x,xr,xu,xn,xbn} -- the script
files for default, -r, -Ur, -n, -N.
