In ELF objects the specified symbol is marked with STO_AARCH64_VARIANT_PCS.

	* testsuite/gas/aarch64/symbol-variant_pcs-2.d: New test.
	* testsuite/gas/aarch64/symbol-variant_pcs-2.s: New test.
