Andrew Burgess 8d983e3645 ld/testing: Extend comment on run_dump_test ...

Mention that readelf can be used as a test program in the comment of
run_dump_test.

ld/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* lib/ld-lib.exp (run_dump_test): Extend comment to mention
	readelf.
