Simon Marchi 873793ae09 gdb: remove unused struct call_site_stuff forward declaration 
This is unused (and was event when it was introduced).  Remove it.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* dwarf2/loc.h (struct call_site_stuff): Remove.
