	* defs.h (event_loop_p): Replace variable declaration with macro,
	always 1.
	* main.c (captured_main): Delete options "-async" and "-noasync".
	(event_loop_p): Delete variable.
	* NEWS: Mention that "-async" and "-noasync" were removed.
