Jeff Law 01cfaa6bf2 * coff-h8300.c (h8300_reloc16_extra_cases): Use the correct 
value for R_RELBYTE.
Something -Wall caught.

        * reloc16.c (bfd_coff_reloc16_relax_section): Only "shrinks"
        array if one was allocated.
Something I ran into today.
