Makefiles can have their own clean targets.
	* sim-load.c (xprintf eprintf):  Use ANSI_PROTOTYPES instead of
	__STDC__ to control use of stdarg vs. varargs syntax.  Some
	systems can't use __STDC__, but require stdarg.
