Run gdb/contrib/spellcheck.sh on directory sim. Fix these todos: ... TODO: inbetween -> between, in between, in-between TODO: behavour -> behavior, behaviour TODO: firts -> flirts, first TODO: wich -> which, witch ... Tested by rebuilding on x86_64-linux.
