Simon Marchi b6fb76ec6e gdb, gdbserver, gdbsupport: fix some namespace comment formatting ...

I noticed a

  // namespace selftests

comment, which doesn't follow our comment formatting convention.  I did
a find & replace to fix all the offenders.
