	(tic4x_do_align): Use TIC_NOP_OPCODE.
	* config/tc-tic4x.h (TIC_NOP_OPCODE): Rename from NOP_OPCODE.
	* config/tc-vax.c: Include netinet/in.h.
	(tc_headers_hook): Formatting.
