	* ldgram.y: Likewise.
	* mri.c (mri_draw_tree): Likewise.
	* emultempl/elf32.em (gld${EMULATION_NAME}_place_orphan): Likewise.
	* emultempl/mmo.em (mmo_place_orphan): Likewise.
	* emultempl/pe.em (gld${EMULATION_NAME}_place_orphan): Likewise.
