* gdbarch.c, gdbarch.h: Regenerated.
* arch-utils.c (generic_skip_solib_resolver): New function.
* arch-utils.h (generic_skip_solib_resolver): New prototype.
* infrun.c (SKIP_SOLIB_RESOLVER): Don't define.
