* gdbarch.sh: Changes to effect the following:

Browse Source 
* gdbarch.c (initialize_non_multiarch): New function.
* gdbarch.h (initialize_non_multiarch): New declaration.
* arch-utils.c (initialize_current_architecture): For
non-multiarch configurations, call initialize_non_multiarch.
