Implement --print-sysroot in ld.

* ldlex.h (enum option_values): Add entry OPTION_PRINT_SYSROOT.
	* lexsup.c (ld_options): Add entry for --print-sysroot.
	(parse_args) <OPTION_PRINT_SYSROOT>: Print sysroot and exit early.
