to PTRACE_TYPE_ARG3.
	* linux-low.c: Rename all occurrences of PTRACE_ARG3_TYPE
	to PTRACE_TYPE_ARG3 and PTRACE_ARG4_TYPE to
	PTRACE_TYPE_ARG4.
	* linux-low.h (PTRACE_ARG3_TYPE): Rename to PTRACE_TYPE_ARG3.
	(PTRACE_ARG4_TYPE): Rename to PTRACE_TYPE_ARG4.
