	* write.c (fix_new_internal): Initialize fx_no_overflow and
	fx_signed fields.
	(fixup_segment): Use fx_signed when checking for overflow.
	* config/obj-coff.c (fixup_segment): Check fx_no_overflow and
	fx_signed when checking for overflow.
