	* configure.ac (TARGET_OBS): Define.
	(target_makefile_frag, gdb_target_cpu): Do not define.
	* configure: Regenerate.

	* Makefile.in (MT_FLAGS): Remove.
	(GLOBAL_CFLAGS): Update.
	(TARGET_OBS): Substitute from configure.
	(DEPFILES): Remove TDEPFILES, add TARGET_OBS.
	(@target_makefile_frag@): Remove.

doc/ChangeLog:

	* Makefile.in (Makefile): Do not depend on target_makefile_frag.

testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* Makefile.in (Makefile): Do not depend on target_makefile_frag.
	(target_cpu): Remove.
