gdb: fix two comments in infrun

These comments are stale, they refer to non-existent parameters.  Fix
that.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* infrun.c (displaced_step_in_progress_thread): Fix comment.
	(displaced_step_in_progress): Fix comment.
