Use std::vector<bool> for agent_expr::reg_mask
agent_expr::reg_mask implements its own packed boolean vector. This patch replaces it with a std::vector<bool>, simplifying the code. Reviewed-by: John Baldwin <jhb@FreeBSD.org>
