ns32k testsuite tidy

Some of these tests were excluded for ns32k-netbsd, exclude for all
ns32k instead.

	* testsuite/binutils-all/copy-3.d: Likewise.
gas/
	* testsuite/gas/all/gas.exp: Remove ns32k xfails.
	* testsuite/gas/all/weakref1u.d: Don't run for ns32k-*-*.
ld/
	* testsuite/ld-scripts/pr20302.d: Don't run for ns32k-*-*.
	* testsuite/ld-scripts/section-match-1.d: Likewise.
	* testsuite/ld-undefined/require-defined.exp: Likewise.
