* procfs.c:  Minor changes to make pre-ANSI compilers happy.
	(procfs_notice_signals):  Copy traced signal set back to
	pi->prrun.pr_trace.
	(unconditionally_kill_inferior):  If PR_DEAD is defined,
	rerun inferior after killing it.
