* ecoff-ext.h (AUX_GET_*): Rewrote to use new macro AUX_GET_ANY.

(AUX_PUT_*): New macros corresponding to the AUX_GET macros.
	(ecoff_swap_tir_out): Added prototype.

	* mips.h (N_BTMASK, N_TMASK, N_BTSHFT, N_TSHIFT): Define; these
	are needed to interpret gcc debugging output.
