	(ACX_PROG_CXX_WARNING_ALMOST_PEDANTIC): New.
	(ACX_PROG_CC_WARNING_OPTS, ACX_PROG_CC_WARNING_ALMOST_PEDANTIC)
	(ACX_PROG_CC_WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS): Push into C language context.
