* gdbarch.sh (FRAME_CHAIN_VALID): Only require at level 2.

Default to func_frame_chain_valid.
* gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Re-generate.
* frame.h (FRAME_CHAIN_VALID): Delete definition.
