* gdbarch.sh: Delete check for consistency between GDB_MULTI_ARCH
	and GDB_TM_FILE.  Check for GDB_TM_FILE instead of
	GDB_MULTI_ARCH_PARTIAL.
	* gdbarch.h: Re-generate.
