	* configure, config.in, libbfd.h: Regenerated.
	* bfdio.c (real_fopen): New function.
	* opncls.c (bfd_fopen, bfd_fill_in_gnu_debuglink_section): Use it.
	* cache.c (bfd_open_file): Likewise.
