* Makefile.in (symm-nat.o): Update dependencies.
	(sparc-nat.o, procfs.o, proc-api.o, ppc-linux-nat.o): Ditto.
	(lynx-nat.o, ia64-linux-nat.): Ditto.
	* symm-nat.c, sparc-nat.c, procfs.c, proc-api.c: Include
	"gdb_wait.h" instead of <wait.h> or <sys/wait.h>.
	* ppc-linux-nat.c, lynx-nat.c, ia64-linux-nat.c: Ditto.
