(CHILL_PRODUCER, etc): Comment out descriptions, not useful.
	(IN_SOLIB_CALL_TRAMPOLINE): Rename info from IN_SOLIB_TRAMPOLINE.
	(IN_SOLIB_RETURN_TRAMPOLINE): Describe.
	(KERNEL_DEBUGGING, MIPSEL): No info about these, remove.
