	(xcoff_initial_scan): Call xcoff_init_loadinfo via the hook.
	* xcoffsolib.h (xcoff_relocate_symtab_hook): Declare extern func.
	* rs6000-tdep.c (_initialize_rs6000_tdep): Add initializations
