Christian Mauderer 6ae79e6df6 libblock: Add rtems_bdbuf_peek()

Adds a peek function that allows (for example) a file system to suggest
the next blocks that should be used for read ahead. This can increase
the read speed of fragmented files.

This directory contains the block device (HDD, CDROMs, etc) support code.
It includes:
   - block device driver interface
   - generic open/close/read/write/ioctl primitives for block device drivers
   - disk I/O buffering
   - logical disk support
   - RAM disk block device driver
