* libmisc/Makefile.am, libmisc/cpuuse/cpuusagereport.c,
	libmisc/cpuuse/cpuusagereset.c: Fix bug where cpu usage calculation
	was always using uptime not time since last cpu usage reset when
	using nanoseconds granularity.
	* libmisc/cpuuse/cpuusagedata.c: New file.
