* libcsupport/Makefile.am, libcsupport/include/rtems/libcsupport.h: Add
public methods to get/set malloc heap pointer so the tests do not
have to peer behind the API.
* libcsupport/src/mallocgetheapptr.c,
libcsupport/src/mallocsetheapptr.c: New files.
