Sebastian Huber b63c8f9b50 ftpfs: Fix SIZE command handling 
It is invalid to issue a SIZE command once a data transfer is
in progress.  For reads we issue the SIZE command before the RETR
command and get a snapshot of the file size.  For writes the file size
is initialized to zero and incremented for each write chunk.

Remove All CVS Id Strings Possible Using a Script

README 

This directory contains tests for some of the items in
the lib directories.  The intent is to be able to
verify the basic functionality of a library.  For example,
it is important to know that the stack checker successfully
detects tasks which both stay within and exceed their
stack limits.
