Reported by Ibragimov Ilya <ibr@oktet.ru> and tracked as PR63. * libc/chdir.c: Check for search/execute permissions on chdir. This requires passing RTEMS_LIBIO_PERMS_SEARCH to rtems_filesystem_evaluate_path().
