* RTEMS_CPU for score603e should be "powerpc" instead of "ppc" (Should
    not have any side-effects, because RTEMS_CPU in make/custom/*.cfg
    already is overridden in make/target.cfg.in)
  * Use $(PACKHEX) instead of $(PROJECT_TOOLS)/packhex
